This just might be one of the most sickeningly sweet yet emotionally intense weeks of the whole year. Not to burst your bubble or anything. Despite the rollercoaster of the high and lows to be had, there is s ton of value in the things that will be delivered into your life when you let go and surrender.
The Sun, Moon, and the North Node of the Moon are in Taurus, which means we are coming up on an eclipse, baby! Eclipses are a pensive time. The scream of silence. The quiet before the storm.
Eclipses symbolize an energetic clearing of sorts. The New Moon Solar Eclipse we will feel this week will set us straight if we’re holding onto anything that doesn’t serve our personal or collective destinies. A New Moon Eclipse can take a longer time to unfold than anything you set into place at a traditional New Moon. If you decide to set intentions at the New Moon this month, it will be a good idea to make sure it is truly what you want at the core, no contingencies or exceptions. For this reason, it might be best to put out a basic, more open ended wish and let things come together without much effort on your end. Try to remember that you’re not in control right now.
The Moon enters Pisces at about 6:15 am EDT on Monday and is uninhibited all day long. It could be a sleepy, creative, and even sensitive start to the week. As the day presses on, the Moon meets the Sun and Mars, which could help you gain a bit more momentum towards the evening. Tuesday should bring more of the same and beyond under the Pisces Moon. I’ll be a good day to journal, meditate, and share your more intimate thoughts with ease as Mercury in Taurus meets Jupiter in Pisces. Your words will have a little more sparkle and you might feel compelled to say more than you originally planned, but it should work out in your favor.
Wednesday morning brings an air of touchy energy as the Moon makes its way out of Pisces beginning at 9:36 EST and doesn’t find a new home in Aries until noon. Romance will be oozing from every pore, not just the ones in the love area. Everything in your life will be dripping with sticky sweetness as Venus and Neptune kiss under Pisces. The hot Aries Moon can kick things up a notch in the love department, but you ought to be careful about believing everything you hear. It’s a whole lot easier to pull the wool over someone’s eyes today.
You might wake up to a startling reality after a trip through a complex Freudian dreamworld on Thursday morning as Mercury and Pluto join in an earth trine. Use this to give you an edge when dealing with others this week so you won’t get duped. Things could begin to feel particularly dense on Friday as Pluto stations retrograde and the Moon squares Pluto in Aries and Capricorn. Pluto retrograde isn’t really a big deal, it happens every year, but today could deliver challenges with the US government, bring painful truths to your attention, or enhance inner pressure you might be experiencing as you work through a situation.
Mercury will move home to Gemini on Friday evening, so whatever is coming up for you should be intellectually crystal clear by Friday night. The Moon moves shakily between Aries and Taurus for a few hours in the evening but we will be fully in the eclipse energy after 8:19pm EST. Watch the tendency to get catty or say things that could sting under this energy. You might be more likely to accidentally let out a secret under the energy of the eclipse since Mercury is in Gemini and Venus and Jupiter cuddle up in Pisces.
This should be an interesting Solar Eclipse on Saturday…with Venus and Jupiter in connection and the Solar Eclipse influenced by Uranus, you can expect surprises, especially relating to money, love, and your personal relationship with indulgence. If you want something, it’s time to claim it, but you mustn’t let your obsession get out of hand so much that you try to control the story of how it unfolds. If you want something, set it free at this eclipse. If it’s yours, it will come to you. This weekend could signify the start of something much greater than you ever imagined, but it might take a while to unfold and it might need to remove some obstacles in the process of its unfolding.
Allow Sunday to flood your mind with clarity with the burned clean energy of Venus and Pluto joining forces in the early hours of the morning. If something becomes clear, take it as it is rather than make excuses for what else it could mean. Sunday could bring some frustrations, but it will do you some good to sit with it and get to the root of why you feel frustrated rather than just sitting through the annoyance.
