Cancellation/no-show policy
I get it, things happen! You booked a reading, and now an emergency or something really important has come up, and you need to reschedule. I’m human, a nice one, too. I’m happy to reschedule any appointments once. No-shows will not be allowed a refund and will need to be rebooked. Please email me as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it because, like yours, my time is important too.
We can attempt to reschedule at a time that works best for both of us. I tend to book out about two months in advance, and rescheduling will need to work around the bookings already on the calendar. This means that we might have to reschedule a month away.
To receive a full refund for your booking, you must email to cancel your appointment more than 7 days before the time of your appointment.
However, I am unable to provide refunds for any cancellations received without adequate notice (less than 7 days before the time of the appointment). This is due to the time and energy I put into preparing for our session together before we meet over Zoom.
